Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was received by you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All printed-item sales are final.  You will receive a proof sheet showing the impression prior to printing, and once you approve it and it is printed, no returns will be accepted, except in the case of our error in printing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


We only replace items if they are defective, or damaged during shipment.  Send an email to and send your item (including the original packaging) to:

In the case of defective or damaged item, we'll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.  Please allow a minimum of two weeks processing time from the date we receive your returned item.

If you haven’t received a refund within the two-week processing time mentioned above, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time on their part before your refund is officially posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
